‘Kyla’s Seaside Dream’, 8’x15’ Interior Mural

I got to collaborate with my (then 4 year old) niece, Kyla, on this design for her and her little brother’s new bedroom wall. The family had just moved to the beach and she was excited about all the new sea creatures in her world. I asked her to draw all the marine life she loved and then we’d painted them together. We included coral, jellyfish, shells, a sea turtle, a hammerhead shark, an octopus, a seal, whales, and a deep sea lure fish among many other colorful additions.
