Every piece tells a story.
Let’s build something beautiful together.
I’m Kristina Young—artist, illustrator, and visual collaborator based in Napa, California.
Much of my work begins with what’s already here: a cracked teacup, a native wildflower, a memory someone didn’t realize they were holding. I gather these bits—stories, colors, questions, materials—and build something new from them. Sometimes that means a 40-foot public mosaic. Sometimes it’s a soft pencil sketch of a plant I saw on a walk. Sometimes it’s a wall filled with playful, painted creatures that help people find their way home.
For over two decades, I’ve been working at the intersection of community and creativity. My practice is rooted in slowness, curiosity, and care—with a strong belief that art isn’t just something to look at. It’s something to do. Something to share. Something that asks you to slow down and notice.
