I make art for people who find joy

in curious creatures, wild places,

and little everyday wonders.

I’m Kristina Young—artist, illustrator, and visual collaborator based in Napa, California.

I make paintings and illustrations that notice the small magic in the world, like the personality of a leaf, the secret life of animals, or the humor hiding in ordinary things.

My work blends natural observation with a quirky, lyrical sensibility. I collaborate with authors, publishers, nature-based organizations, and creative brands who want imagery that feels warm, poetic, and alive.

I’ve also spent two decades creating large-scale public artworks across Northern California, working with communities to build projects that connect people to place.
