All artwork, images, text, and content on this site are the original work of Kristina Young and Studio KLY LLC, and are protected by copyright. Nothing on the site may be reproduced, downloaded, copied, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without my prior written permission. This includes the use of my artwork or images for AI training, machine learning datasets, or any automated systems.

Purchasing a print, original painting, or other product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. I retain all copyright and licensing rights to my work unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Commissions

Custom commission work is governed by a separate commission agreement signed by both parties. The terms of that agreement, not these Terms of Service, govern the commission relationship.

Purchases

Newsletter and email

If you sign up for my newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails from Studio KLY. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Color and product accuracy

Artwork is photographed as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly between screens and the actual product. Hand-painted and hand-finished items may have small variations that are part of the nature of the work.

The site and all content are provided "as is." I make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio KLY LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Napa County, California.
